B.O.M. FITNESS

 

B.O.M. Fitness is all about being healthy! B.O.M. Fitness is held every Wednesday from 7:00-8:00pm, except when there is a cooking class scheduled for that week. You can come down to the church and exercise with one of our fitness leaders, learn different dieting tips, and even participate in weight loss challenges!
